But who are the Book Elves?
The Book Elves are the small and funny helpers of Reading to the Others.
Every Christmas time, they aim to reach the tops of all Christmas trees and shout loudly for equal access to books for all visually impaired children!
Short Description of Institute
Reading to the Others (RttO) is a Non-Profit Organization, founded in 2015, aiming at supporting people who are unable to read due to illness or disability. Specifically, we support equal access to knowledge and learning for visually impaired people, the elderly, people with dyslexia and everyone who cannot read or cannot hold a book in their hands due to a physical disability or illness. At the same time, we raise awareness through workshops and activities in schools and companies, about equal access to books and for the establishment of an inclusive society.
